Welcome to Vibrantissimo’s mobile message service (the “Service”), operated by Vibrantissimo (“Vibrantissimo,” “we,” or “us”). Your access to and use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any of its features, at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also revise these Mobile Terms, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By opting into Vibrantissimo’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages sent by or on behalf of Vibrantissimo to the mobile number you provide. These messages may include promotional content, special offers, marketing campaigns, or operational updates. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
You acknowledge that:
- Your participation in the Service is entirely voluntary.
- Your consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of any purchase from Vibrantissimo.
- You may opt-out of the Service at any time.
Fees and Charges
While Vibrantissimo does not charge for the Service, you are responsible for any message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with the Service. Please check your mobile service plan for specific details, as all related charges are your responsibility.
Opt-Out Procedure
You may cancel your participation in the Service at any time by texting the keyword STOP to Vibranti or by following the unsubscribe link (where available) included in our messages. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further communications will be sent to your mobile device unless you reinitiate contact with us. If you are subscribed to additional Vibrantissimo messaging programs, you will need to unsubscribe from each program separately.

Service Changes
We may update the short code or phone number used to operate the Service at any time. We will notify you of any such changes. However, please note that messages sent to discontinued short codes or numbers may not be received, and Vibrantissimo cannot be held responsible for honoring requests sent to these invalid numbers.
Liability Disclaimer
The wireless carriers supporting this Service are not liable for any delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Vibrantissimo will not be responsible for any failed, delayed, or erroneous delivery of messages or for actions taken based on reliance on the information provided through the Service.
Providing Accurate Information
You agree to provide a valid mobile number for use with the Service. If you change your mobile number, you must opt out of the Service and re-enroll with your new number to continue receiving messages.
